1 capsule contains 10 Billion CFU (colony forming unit) LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856).
Other ingredients: cellulose capsule - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).
Directions for use: take 1 portion (1 capsule) daily with a sip of water. Store tightly closed in a dry place at 15-25°C. Protect from moisture and light.
