Vata balance or also known as Dashmoola (see below) helps maintain vata levels in appropriate amounts. Balancing the dosha levels is essential for maintaining body health. Dosha imbalance is the cause of all types of diseases. Ayurvedic naturopathy emphasizes on eliminating the root cause of the condition and is therefore capable of eliminating diseases once and for all.

Dashamoola, as the name suggests, is a powerful magical mixture of ten dried roots of ten different plants, which has been widely used in Ayurveda since ages due to its amazing effects. It has these properties that work together to effectively provide the best remedies for many health conditions, especially those related to nerves, muscles, bones, joints and lungs. The word Dashamoola is a Sanskrit terminology where "Dasha" means ten and "mola" means root.

Call it Dashamula, Dashmulam, or Dashamul, this incredible herbal blend is not only used for pain disorders and inflammatory conditions including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and gouty arthritis, but is also often used for digestive problems, helping to relieve constipation, anorexia, bloating, lower back conditions and inflammation in the pelvis and sacrum and in the lower extremities (ie, thighs, calves, and feet). Due to its incredible expectorant, analgesic and antipyretic effects, it is extremely important as it helps direct the air and space elements, or Vata doshas in the body, to flow downwards and relieves most nervous disorders associated with weakness and pain. It is also important for tremors, sciatica and Parkinson's disease. Dashmoola has also been found to be effective in dry cough, persistent cough, breathing difficulties, asthma, hoarseness (hoarseness), chronic fever and other ailments associated with respiratory weakness. It is also beneficial in improving the health of the uterus as it helps to detoxify the uterus and also acts as a uterine tonic.
