Further to combating the effects of jet lag, Melatonin helps to reduce the time required to fall asleep when taken shortly before going to bed. Melissa essential oil promotes relaxation, while Lemon essential oil gives a pleasant citrus-like flavour. Gluten and lactose free. Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients: bulking agents: mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, silica, magnesium salts of fatty acids; maize starch, melatonin, essential oil of melissa (Melissa officinalis L.), essential oil of lemon (Citrus limon (L.) Osbeck), sweetener: steviol glycosides.

How to use: Let a tablet dissolve under your tongue shortly before going to bed.

The beneficial effect to reduce the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed. As for the jet-lag, the beneficial effect can be obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin just before going to bed on the first night of travel and for a few days after reaching your destination.

Warning! Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Excessive use may have a laxative effect.
