This variety grows exclusively in the high altitudes of the Bolivian Andes. The grains taste slightly nutty and are versatile. As a side dish to vegetable dishes, for casseroles, roasts, soups or salads.
Application:
Rinse quinoa thoroughly. Boil 250 g quinoa in 500 ml of water for about 25 minutes. Let soak for another 5 minutes.
