White long grain rice with a mildly scented, flowery aroma. The Jasmine Rice is slightly sticky after cooking. Delicious in the Asian and Oriental cuisine, well-suited as a scented side dish for curry.
Cooking method (For approx. 4 servings):
For 250 g rice, bring 2 times the amount of water to the boil, add the rice and simmer for approx. 15 minutes over low heat in a covered pot. Remove from the heat and let the rice rest for 5 minutes.
