How does it work?
They are rich in dietary fibre, iron, vitamin A and vitamin C. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases the absorption of Iron.
Vitamin A has a role in iron metabolism. Vitamin A, vitamin C and iron have a role in the functioning of the immune system.
Usage instructions
We add Inca berries to cereal, fruit salads, smoothies and jams. They can also be consumed alone between meals.
