Mung Bean for Sprouts, 90g

Growing sprouts is easy and effortless. They grow in few days, at home, all the year around. Sprouts enjoy a greater amount of nutrients - much easier to be absorbed - compare to the adult plant. 

Ingredients: mung beans (Phaseolus Mongo).

May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, soy, mustard.

How to sprout?

Soak seeds for 10h and remove the broken ones. Rinse well seeds under water and set them on the sprouting kit as shown in the chart. If using a sprouter with trays make sure to spread seeds evenly. This seeds variety loves all different kind of sprouting kits. Always water the seeds 2-3 times a day until they are fully germinated as shown in the chart. When ready sprouts can be kept refrigerated for few days when they will continue to grow. Before consumption please wash sprouts in the same way as washing a normal salad and with the same kind of products.
