Broccoli seeds are high in vitamin K, supporting joints and bones. Broccoli sprouts are good for adding flavor to salads and soups.

Ingredients: organically grown broccoli sprouts

Germination: spread 2 tablespoons of seeds on the germination tray, rinse with water 2x a day. The sprouts are edible after 5-7 days.

Before sowing, rinse the seeds thoroughly with fresh water. For best results, sow the seeds in a thin layer. Germination time depends on temperature.
