Vitamin B Complex, 60 capsules
Food supplement containing various B vitamins. Vitamin B is important to support the body's overall function and nervous system. Vitamin B is found in certain animal foods, which can often be deficient in vegans and vegetarians. It is also recommended to be used after antibiotic treatment.
Ingredients: inositol, coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; 60mg sunflower lecithin titrated in 20% phosphatidylcholine, equivalent to 12mg phosphatidylcholine (1cps); B3 (niacin), bulking agent: cellulose; B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), B2 (riboflavin), B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), PABA (P-aminobenzoic acid), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin (D-biotin), B12 (methylcobalamin).
How to use: 1 capsule a day with a little water or other liquid.
