1 x A.Vogel Herbamare Spicy herbal salt
Herb salt with spicy addition contains chili, pepper and garlic. Trocomare is a mixture of freshly picked organic herbs and vegetables with pure sea salt. Trocomare enriches the taste of every recipe with a horseradish flavor nuance.

Herbamare herbal salts are made in the traditional way in our factory in Colmar (France). The Colmar region is known for its fertile fields. The vegetables and herbs in Herbmare are grown in farms, from where they are brought to the factory within just a few hours of harvesting. As soon as the herbs and vegetables arrive at the factory, they are hand cleaned, chopped and mixed fresh with sea salt. After that, the herbal mixture remains in barrels for up to a year, after which excess moisture is removed during a special vacuum process at low temperature.
As you stand watching, the aromas and flavors of the herbs and vegetables are absorbed into the salt crystal. Finally, the dry herb plates are split and Herbamare herbal salt is born.
